1. Acceptance of the terms

This contract binds the user to Alain Brunelle (“the Broker”) and governs access to the website. “By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms then in effect” and confirm your legal capacity. Access is denied if you do not accept these Terms.

2. Intellectual property

All content — text, visuals, code, applications, artificial-intelligence elements, trademarks — is protected by Canadian and international copyright. “The Broker retains all rights, title and interest in the Content” and no ownership right is transferred to users.

3. Limited use licence

The Broker grants a personal, non-exclusive and revocable licence for personal, non-commercial access. “Any other use, in particular commercial, automated, systematic or large-scale” is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Artificial intelligence tools

Content generated by artificial intelligence is provided for informational purposes only “with no guarantee of reliability, accuracy or compliance with regulatory standards.” The user remains responsible for verifying any information before use.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users undertake not to:

• Diverting the content for commercial purposes
• Disrupting the site's security
• Posting illegal or defamatory content
• Collecting data without consent
• Using the services fraudulently

6. Modifications

Alain Brunelle may modify the Terms at any time. “Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.”

7. External links

The site may contain hyperlinks to third parties. “The Broker assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of these external sites.”

8. Trademarks

The names, logos and trademarks are the property of the Broker or of their respective owners. “Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.”

9. Protection of personal information

The data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, with Canada's anti-spam legislation and applicable laws. Users consent to receive:

• Confirmation messages and reminders : communications regarding appointments
• Promotional messages : offers, news and marketing communications

Messaging charges may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Unsubscribe: for texts, send “STOP” to unsubscribe. For emails, use the unsubscribe link provided in each communication.

10. Contests and campaigns

Contests are governed by separate rules available on the dedicated pages.

11. Limitation of liability

The site is not guaranteed free of errors or interruptions. “IN NO EVENT SHALL the Broker, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.”

12. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify the Broker for any loss, claim, damage or cost resulting from their use or from breaches of these Terms.

13. Termination

The Broker may suspend or terminate access without notice for an actual or suspected breach. Certain obligations survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. “Any dispute related to the Website or to these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal.”

16. Subcontractors and third-party services

Suppliers may access certain data only when necessary, under a confidentiality commitment.

If one provision is invalid, the others remain applicable. “These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Broker and the User.”
